Hygiene concept Best Economy gGmbH

In connection with the current corona pandemic, the following additional provisions apply in addition to our general HACCP hygiene concept:

Employee hygiene:

  • Regular hand washing (hand washing with soap for about 20-30 seconds)
  • Regular disinfection of the hands
  • Keeping distance (at least 1.5m)
  • Compliance with the cough and sneeze label (cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief)
  • Mask requirement
  • No physical contact
  • Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth In the event of (corona-specific) symptoms (e.g. fever, dry cough, breathing problems, loss of taste / smell, sore throat, pain in the limbs, nausea / vomiting, diarrhea), make sure to stay at home
  • Avoidance of jointly used items (no exchange of work equipment) Use the toilet only individually and in compliance with the hygiene measures
  • All personnel groups involved are instructed and instructed in hygienic behavior

As a general rule:

  • The contactless transfer of food, drinks and money is ensured
  • Set up disinfectant dispensers according to the plan
  • Additional masks will be kept ready in case participants do not have enough masks with them.
  • Equipment for emergencies (FFP2 mask, gloves, gown) is kept ready and it is determined who is responsible for the sick person in an emergency until they are picked up or can go.
  • Hand disinfectants, liquid soap and disposable towels are provided in the sanitary, common and break rooms. The rooms are cleaned regularly. All rooms are sufficiently ventilated in order to minimize the pollution of the rooms with aerosols.
  • The applicable protective measures and rules of conduct (including the general rules of infection protection such as “sneeze labels”, classification of cold symptoms, etc.) are indicated by suitable signs.

General hygiene:

  • disinfect work surfaces and tools after use
  • Regular cleaning:
    • Regular surface cleaning, especially of the hand contact surfaces (door handles, light switches, etc.)
    • Observe the HACCP cleaning and disinfection plan
  • Hygienically safe waste disposal
  • Garbage disposal with gloves
  • Use of disposable material for cleaning
